Prices

Medi Move Ltd (Hereafter called the company) reserves the right to amend any of their prices without due notice.
Orders are accepted on conditionb that goods will be invoiced at the price ruling at the date of delivery.

Value Added Tax

All orders and prices quoted are subjected to the standard rate of VAT on the net invoice value. The invoice date is the tax point for VAT purposes
Payment Where account has been approved for credit, payments are due 30 days from the month of invoice. The company reserves the right to charge interest on over due accounts at the rate of 3% above the base rate per month without prejudice of recovery.

Ownership

All goods remain the property of Medi Move Ltd (the company) until paid in full

Non-Delivery/Damages

Non –delivery, order discrepancies and damages must be notified to the company within 3 days of invoice date or advice of dispatch.

Returned Goods

Under existing rules issued by the DOH and as published in MAIL goods will only be accepted for return by the company for the following reasons.

To correct an error in delivering or ordering 
In response to a product recall or batch recall issued by a manufacturer 
Where products or packaging are alleged to be faulty 
Please note fridge lines cannot be returned 

In order to be considered for replacement a note showing must accompany the goods.

The name and address of the customer returning the goods.
The quantity and description of the goods being returned.
The invoice number or numbers under which the goods were supplied
The reason for the return.
The return copy.
